How do monthly payments and commitments work?

Every plan shown is billed monthly. The standard Arizona and Florida option commits you for two months at $75 per month ($150 for the commitment). Utah’s illustrative standard option commits you for three months at $50 per month ($150 for the commitment). The annual option commits you for 12 months with a 10% lower monthly rate. Utah pricing and final terms need approval.

What does the annual plan save?

The Arizona and Florida proposal is $67.50 per month for 12 months ($810 total), compared with $900 over 12 months at $75 per month: $90 saved, or 10%. Utah’s illustration is $45 per month for 12 months ($540 total), compared with $600 at $50 per month: $60 saved, or 10%. The $69.99 initial service is separate from these comparisons.

Does monthly billing mean monthly visits?

No. Scheduled visits are every two months in Arizona and Florida and every three months in Utah. These visit schedules are separate from monthly payments and the commitment you select.

What happens after the shorter commitment?

The signed agreement must explain whether and how service continues or renews after the two-month or three-month term. This review page does not create automatic renewal or an undisclosed cancellation fee.

What happens if I cancel the annual commitment early?

The proposed annual plan has a flat $300 early cancellation fee if canceled before the 12-month commitment ends, plus any unpaid balance for service already provided. The fee replaces discount reconciliation; remaining future installments are not charged under this draft. Applicable cancellation rights and exceptions are preserved. Final terms require AQUILA and legal review before enrollment.

What do I pay for the first service?

Your initial service is $69.99, separate from ongoing protection. Before enrollment, AQUILA confirms eligibility, your selected market plan, the start of the commitment, and recurring payment dates.

Maricopa County, Arizona

Why every two months?

Local conditions shape the plan.

In the Phoenix area, heat and monsoon moisture can change pest activity and push some pests toward buildings. AQUILA’s scheduled visits are every two months in this market.

When we visitScheduled visits every two months.

Climate is one factor—not the only one. The pest, property, and signs of activity also matter. Your agreement confirms the service scope, and you can report covered-pest activity between visits to discuss a free re-treatment.

Markets have different service models. Utah’s scheduled visits are every three months. A different schedule does not mean lower-quality care, and the calendar does not limit when you can report a concern.
