Prepared for AQUILA’s review. Company data practices and communication-provider details must be confirmed before this policy is finalized.
Your privacy at a glance.
- Share only what we need to help with your pest concern.
- Text-message permission is optional and separate.
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- You can contact AQUILA about your information and preferences.
1. About this policy
This policy explains how AQUILA Pest Control (“AQUILA,” “we,” “us”) handles information associated with this website and requests made through it. It covers website inquiries, contact preferences, and related communications. A separate service agreement governs any pest-control services you purchase.
This website serves people seeking pest defense in Utah County, Utah; Fort Myers, Florida; and Arizona.
2. Information you provide
When you fill out a lead form, you may provide:
- Your first and last name, email address, and phone number.
- Your service market and property type.
- The pests you select and any additional details you choose to share.
- Your permission to be contacted, your separate text-message preference, and records of those choices.
Please avoid including payment-card numbers, government identification, medical information, or other sensitive personal details in the notes field. A general description of your pest concern is enough.
Calling or texting AQUILA shares the information you choose to communicate and your contact number with AQUILA and its communication providers.
3. How information is used
Information from an inquiry is used to respond, understand the property and pest concern, identify the appropriate market, discuss service options, and coordinate follow-up. Contact preferences are used to help honor your choices and document permission.
Information may also be used to detect spam or misuse, maintain website reliability, resolve issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. Sending an inquiry does not by itself enroll you in unrelated marketing communications.
5. Website security, cookies, and reCAPTCHA
Website hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Browser settings let you control or remove cookies; restricting them may affect some features.
The forms are prepared to use Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention once production configuration is complete. When enabled, reCAPTCHA may process device, browser, interaction, and other security-related information to assess whether activity is legitimate. This policy should be reviewed when that service or any analytics or advertising tools are enabled.
External fonts, analytics, advertising tags, and other new integrations should be assessed and this policy updated before they are added.
6. Email, calls, and text-message choices
Submitting a request asks AQUILA to contact you by email or phone about that request. Text-message permission is a separate, optional choice. A phone number is required if you select text-message contact. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
If you opt in to texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. You may also call (623) 456-0860 to update your preferences. Your request may still be handled by another contact method you have authorized.
Service-request consent does not authorize unrelated marketing campaigns. Additional permissions may be requested for other communications.
7. Retention and protection
Information should be retained only as needed to handle the inquiry, provide requested services, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Consent and opt-out records may need to be retained to honor and demonstrate communication preferences.
No website or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Avoid sending sensitive information through a general inquiry form. If you believe information you shared is at risk, contact AQUILA promptly.
8. Access, corrections, and privacy requests
To ask about information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or update communication preferences, call (623) 456-0860 and ask for assistance with a privacy request. AQUILA may need to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information.
Privacy rights depend on where you live, applicable law, and whether that law applies to AQUILA. Where applicable, a request may involve access, correction, deletion, portability, or an appeal. Some information may need to be retained for legal requirements or other permitted reasons.
9. Children’s information
This website is intended for adults seeking pest-control services. Children should not submit personal information through the forms. If a child has provided information, contact AQUILA so the situation can be reviewed.
10. Updates and contact
This policy may be updated when website features or information-handling practices change. The review date appears at the top of this page. Material changes should be communicated as required by applicable law.
