Prepared for review, not an executed service contract. AQUILA and its legal adviser must confirm these terms, the correct contracting entity, and state-specific requirements before customer enrollment.
Your plan, at a glance.
- $69.99 initial service, charged separately.
- Standard commitment: 2 months in Arizona/Florida or 3 months in Utah.
- Annual commitment: save 10% on the monthly rate for a 12-month commitment.
- Annual early cancellation: flat $300 fee, subject to applicable rights and the final agreement.
1. About these terms
These draft terms describe AQUILA Pest Control’s proposed general pest-service plans. Your final written service agreement must identify the legal service provider, property, covered pests, schedule, start date, payment dates, and any additional charges. An inquiry through this website does not enroll you, authorize a payment, or create an appointment.
2. Initial service and proposed market plans
The $69.99 initial service is separate from ongoing monthly billing. This is a pricing proposal for team review; Utah dollar amounts are illustrative, not an owner-confirmed rate.
| Market | Standard commitment | Annual commitment |
|---|---|---|
| Arizona & Florida | $75/month for 2 months; $150 per term | $67.50/month for 12 months; $810 total |
| Utah · illustrative | $50/month for 3 months; $150 per term | $45/month for 12 months; $540 total |
All plans shown bill monthly. Annual savings compare 12 months at the standard monthly rate: $90 saved against $900 in Arizona and Florida; $60 saved against $600 in the Utah illustration. Both are 10%. These comparisons exclude the initial service and any approved additional charges.
Scheduled visits are every two months in Arizona and Florida and every three months in Utah. Payment frequency does not promise monthly treatment visits. Start dates, first recurring charge, covered pests, and any taxes or fees must be stated before enrollment.
3. Commitment length and renewal
The standard commitment is two months in Arizona and Florida or three months in Utah. The discounted annual commitment is 12 months in every market, with monthly installments. The signed agreement must specify the start date, monthly rate, total commitment, and what happens at the end of the term. This draft creates no automatic renewal, additional standard-plan cancellation penalty, or permission to charge a card without authorization.
4. Annual early cancellation fee
The proposed annual plan has a flat $300 early cancellation fee if canceled before the 12-month commitment ends, plus any unpaid balance for service already provided. The fee replaces discount reconciliation; remaining future installments are not charged under this draft. Applicable cancellation rights and exceptions are preserved. Final terms require AQUILA and legal review before enrollment.
The proposed fee does not vary by market or the number of completed months. It does not apply after the annual commitment is completed. This draft does not add a separate early cancellation fee to standard two-month or three-month plans.
AQUILA should provide an itemized closing statement showing the fee, any unpaid service balance, payments, credits, and the effective cancellation date before collecting a properly authorized closing payment.
No fee applies where applicable law provides a right to cancel without it. Rights arising from nonperformance or AQUILA’s inability to provide agreed service remain intact. The final written agreement must clearly disclose the fee and applicable exceptions before enrollment.
5. How to request cancellation
Call or text (623) 456-0860 or use the contact page to request cancellation and a written closing statement. Provide your name and service address, not payment-card details. AQUILA should confirm the request, effective date, and any closing balance. Additional notice procedures must be clearly stated before enrollment; this draft does not invent a notice period.
6. Service coverage and re-treatments
The service agreement identifies covered pests, areas, preparation instructions, and visit frequency. Specialty work such as termite service, exclusion, or other services outside the general plan may require a separate agreement and disclosed price. Free re-treatments apply to covered-pest activity under the agreed plan; they are not an unlimited promise to treat every species or perform repairs.
Report activity between visits and follow treatment-specific instructions. Seasonal guides are educational and do not restrict when you can report a concern.
7. Access, preparation, and safety
Provide accurate property and pest information and discuss children, pets, food areas, sensitivities, and access restrictions. Follow product-label and technician instructions for preparation and re-entry. Entry to the property and any rescheduling arrangements require the authorization and procedures in your service agreement.
8. Payments, privacy, and your rights
Review any taxes, approved additional charges, payment authorization, credits, or refunds before enrollment. A website inquiry or optional text-message consent is not authorization to charge a payment method. Your statutory cancellation, refund, and consumer-protection rights remain intact. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
